5 /5 Zelda: I’m new to Farmers Insurance. Before I even got started I received a computer generated cancel notice. I called the agent office. I spoke with Stephanie Young. She was wonderful. She was able to correct the paperwork get everything reinstated and followed up on everything. She spent a lot of time with me and was very professional and kind. I also had other questions so we included Samantha in on it who was able to find info was asking about. Both of these young ladies were extremely professional and were so patient. They know their job well and they treat customer with kindness. Everything worked out. Thank you Stephanie and Samantha for taking such good care of my Farmers issues. These young ladies are a wonderful asset to Farmers Insurance. Thank you again for all you help.

5 /5 Kirk Williams: Well I met Stephine over the phone and ask her can she help me because I received a letter that my rental homeowner Insurance was going to be cancel if they didnt receive a payment ASAP, so she was so kind, professional, patient and able to help me pay my Insurance over the phone without any problem, also while I was on hold there were a song title Im on hold I really enjoy it and I ask her can she provide me the person who sang that and she did ! she is awesome you guys all better keep her. :)
