peter robbins Everyone is always so helpful, especially Shaun, with whom I have worked for many years (if not decades), but the others really no less responsive. And Allstate has always taken very good care of us regarding claims, both automotive, homeowners, and landlord policies. To me, the manner in which they handle claims is at least as important (if not much more so!!) than the premium costs. In that regard, in my opinion based on over 40 years with the company, they have earned the right to use their slogan "Youre in good hands..."
