Meely B’Deely Started my policy at $180 (which was already high, but I got a new vehicle), somehow jumped to $221 (I figured "inflation" and I moved to a nicer zip code), and now its spiked to $251. I have nothing on my record. My vehicle was HEAVILY vandalized by my ex in April of 2023, the insurance agent was not helpful at all. I tried to file a claim, which I ended up not pursuing and just taking care of myself. My agent NEVER responded to my emails or phone calls after this time. After our initial phone call, it was the first and last time I had heard from her ever. Due to this experience and sky-high prices, I have officially cancelled my policy. The best solution is to just walk away.

Jimbo Cochran Craig is great! Ive called different insurance companies to get quotes and nobody could beat my Mercury auto insurance (so much for all of those commercials on TV). When we sat down to review my policy with Mercury, he was able to save me even more money by adjusting coverage to suit my needs on my cars. I guess I didnt need comprehensive coverage on my 91 Toyota pick up with almost 300,000 miles on it. Doh!
