1 /5 Annahita Pourmand: Sheri Karonsky is a greedy person who will lead you to financial peril. All she cares about is making the maximal profit for herself. Steered me in the wrong direction and misinformed costing me thousands of additional dollars in malpractice insurance.

1 /5 Darin Peay: Ovedia Santos is extremely difficult to work with and inattentive. She requires you to use forms that are not form fillable and her response to the forms not working is that its the customers fault. Her remedy is to print it out and complete by hand. She is rarely responsive to emails and then its only to provide new excuses why shes not prepared to help with your insurance needs. Unfortunately, I am required to use HUB International otherwise, I could have had all my required policies issued by my local financial institution weeks ago. Do NOT Recommend. After months of poor customer service with this office, the Chief Sales Officer, dismissed me as a client last evening. I will be reporting him and Miss Santos to the appropriate regulatory agency in California. Please do not waste your time here.
