1 /5 April L.: I was referred to Riley & Riley by my real estate agent, since I was having a difficult time obtaining home insurance for a new home amid the cancelling of policies throughout California. They were friendly & willing to help. However, after a complete lack of email or phone calls from them, they also didn’t send my e-signature docs or an invoice for my policy. The agent knew I was leaving for vacation & needed insurance before that & my move. When I called to put the insurance through, AGAIN, the agent didn’t follow up. I emailed the owner inquiring what’s going on & their follow up phone call response was there was a lack of personnel to handle all the policies we’re trying to approve! This process was started in June! Its now August! I’ve since moved in & need to claim a water leak & I HAVE NO INSURANCE!!! Not professional at all!!
