Gail Jones I must the entire State Farm Insurance agents are the best. Thats my opinion. Theyre very informative and what they dont know theyll get back with me with the answer. Theyre always pleasant and more than willing to help if Im concerns about something. My sister told me about them in 2021 or 2022 and Ive been with them since.

tammy cloud Andrea is excellent. She is very responsive to all my needs. 04/13/2023. PLEASE READ I’m providing an update to my last review !! Andrea’s customer service has been less than desirable over the last year. She is not responsive and does not communicate well. I sent her a request for follow up on a Monday, I sent a subsequent request the following day in which she acknowledged and said she’d get back to me, it’s Thursday with no response!! Unacceptable
