Theyre always pleasant and more than willing to help if Im concerns about something. My sister told me about them in 2021 or 2022 and Ive been with them since.

Outstanding customer service with genuine connection that feels like extended family. Others I contacted had none of this. Everyone I’ve ever dealt with at this office has been friendly, kind, knowledgeable & provided extremely personalized service & information even in difficult circumstance. They spend time, are patient, attend details, listen. They find unique, tailored solutions for situations & budgets. We live miles away but this office will always be our insurance company. From the day four years ago that my fathers death left us with property and vehicles, his insurance company was unhelpful. State Farm however, gave us excellent policies with fair pricing and helped us navigate the confusing business of bundling and discounting and set us up for the future. They added a vehicle with a quick phone call and reduced the charges for the older less used one. Our home insurance was reduced this year to our amazement. They have taken very good care of us, and although we have never made a claim, I feel confident they would handle it with the same care and efficiency.
