adan I was shopping around for a building policy seems impossible now to get coverage for your apartment. I asked around and I was referred to Marilynn . She was able to lock me in with farmers for my apartments. I really appreciate the comprehensive time and advice she gave me about open exposures. She went to the site and told me what looks like a potential hazard something other agents I’ve worked in the past have never done. I took the time to read her reviews before I called her I was hesitant as I saw people were paying more and still went with it. Well I can’t say I saved I had better options lines up in terms of price but I appreciate how informative and experienced she is. I feel peace something I assumed I had with my past carriers only to know they sold me based on my need to save me obviously that’s was not smart as I assumed I had great coverage. Nevertheless I learned insurance is something that should be considered carefully. With everyone happy to call a lawyer I need to ensure if that crosses I am protected. Overall I hope to keep a good relationship with my now new agent . Thank you for the advice

Erika Bua Carson was great to work with!! He was incredibly personable and professional. his responses were very prompt. We were happy with our current policies but knew that he was recommended through financial peace University so we thought we would look into it and compare quotes.
