Abigail With the recent inflation and increased cost of life throughout California and the United States of America, I am pleased that Farmers Insurance cares for its customers/clients. Today, I had the pleasure of working with Liz via phone to help reduce the amount I am paying for my Auto and Renter Insurance (sidenote: Farmers no longer offers renters insurance). I have been with Ryan Turner since I started my insurance journey, and they have taken care of me since then. I am grateful to be a farmers member. Shoutout to Liz (@Ryan, give her a raise) because she was patient with me, kind, understanding, and shared the reality of the current economy. Having insight and understanding allows me to be an informed insurance shopper and creates the opportunity for me to make choices that best fit my lifestyle and budget.

Rachel Phillips Brad and team are amazing!! They are super responsive, always try to find ways to lower my premiums, and always give helpful advice and important context. Ive been using the team for over 5 years now and unless prices got out of control I would not switch to another company. Totally trust them and they advocate for their clients!!! They are the best!

Erika Sandoval Lilia is super dedicated and knowledgeable she always takes the time to explain you whats the best coverage policy to protect your car or home, we went with questions about my teenage son (who will soon start driving) and I left with confidence that I wont be paying an arm and a leg for automobile insurance that will protect us in case of an accident.

Gordon Bass Easy to work with and very responsive. They work really hard at making insurance easy for the customer. Always helpful with questions that come up and good at making it all make sense.
