And then I was forced to use a different company for a vehicle lease, and went through the wringer with several national insurance providers, they took forever to get anyone on the phone, their quotes were confusing and their prices outrageous, and every exchange I had with them was frustration and annoying. I had taken for granted how honest, easy, and pleasant Rich Castro’s wonderful team were.
