I’ve been a customer of Joni’s for about 6 years now, and honestly Melissa and Joni are truly the reasons i haven’t looked for insurance anywhere else. The customer service, the prompt attention to any matters that come up, the way you feel like family. It makes such a difference having an office that you feel truly cares. I was in yesterday working with Melissa to make some changes to my auto policy, and it was so smooth. I felt so well informed. I wouldn’t trust anyone else.

5 /5 Libby Laird: Michael in Claims was awesome today. He guided me through everything and called back quickly. Very nice and communicative. Sami in Joni Gino’s office did a fantastic job also. She was calm and took care of business. She printed out some forms for me and got my new car insurance changed. I have been with State Farm for decades and this incident was handled so much better than some of my prior claims. My beautiful car was totaled but this experience made it easier to handle. Thank everyone for making it easier for me!!! I want to add on that Yasmine was on top of checking on my claim and helping to expedite all of the pay outs on my claim. She called several times which helped me work through all my emotions about the crash. Plus she answered lots of my questions. You all should be proud of your customer service! This is why I love my State Farm office team members.
