She responds quickly, is extremely competent, and has been an absolute pleasure to work with. There have been many times where I needed deeper explanations of my policy and she has always been there to help. And in several interactions with some of the other folks there (ie when Cindy is out of office), everyone seems to be on the same page and are very helpful. I was distressed with my last agent Laura with Stewarts insurance with so many companies giving non renewals I was not surprised when I got letter.
