1 /5 Jim Cotant: Just went by to talk with them about a quote for auto/homeowners/earthquake and they refused to quote and said “we’re not writing any new policies” and vaguely blamed the state. Isn’t an insurance agency there to help you find options in this crazy insurance market? Oh well. I’ll find someone competent.

1 /5 ibberman: The worst of the worst, destroyed our lives in the wildfires. Update to the owners response. We bought the insurance from you only 9 months before the wildfires. Even Travelers that you signed us with, called your agent after the fires and asked why you under-insured us. Yes now 5 years later, we still live in the 300 sq ft aptmt with a mattress on the floor, after loosing our home of almost 30 years,.above Silverado.
