He was polite, professional, thorough, and patient as he reviewed all aspects of every account we have with State Farm. I appreciated how he took the time to find the best solutions to the questions and concerns I had about our account. Another employee created some problems for us when we first came to Phillip Call’s office and I wanted to find a different agent. But, so far, working with Kao has restored more of my confidence in this office.

peter robbins Everyone is always so helpful, especially Shaun, with whom I have worked for many years (if not decades), but the others really no less responsive. And Allstate has always taken very good care of us regarding claims, both automotive, homeowners, and landlord policies. To me, the manner in which they handle claims is at least as important (if not much more so!!) than the premium costs. In that regard, in my opinion based on over 40 years with the company, they have earned the right to use their slogan "Youre in good hands..."

But most importantly for me is the transparency and education to what I’m getting myself into. I have not had a single provider go into the amount of detail that Sam Olson went into, and I felt completely understood the entire process. He was completely transparent with what I was buying and recommended different options. There was no script or pushy sales tactic he knew what to recommend and I encouraged me to look at different options. While I had procrastinated and missed several deadlines, Sam was still extremely flexible and I appreciated his repeated efforts to find me the right plan. I could not thank him and his team enough.
