Jen K We have been clients of this insurance agency well before it was acquired by the current owner/manager Karol Payne. We have good records and did not have to deal with her before. However, we were recently rear ended by no fault of our own. During the claims process we received little to no support as clients of Karol and her team. We were left to deal with the other insurance company on our own. Due to this lack of support and misinformation directly from Karol and this agency we are now personally responsible for nearly $1000 in costs as a result of being rear ended! If you are looking for an insurance agent that is going to look after your best interests, you are not going to find one here. Karol refused to take any responsibility for what happened and even told us that if she were in our position she would be looking for another agent as well. There are many people and places to get insurance from and I would recommend you look elsewhere for yours.

Jenny flores was bright, intellegent, softly humorous at appropriate times, she read the room well, gave efficient information in an understandable manner slowing down the density of information and breaking it down in laymens terms. Ps the questions below asking about whether i decided to go with state farm dont give the option for assessing other companies to price check. I didnt get full coverage today so didnt pay out any money...I can say the price I was quoted is in line with my current insurance company. Though this company offers towing to nearest...spots..for a dollar and a quarter more a month roughly which my company does not. But they do offer other things I appreciate and utilize yearly. ♥ ty for everything Jenny Flores!
