I appreciate that she will give it to me straight on whether I need the coverage or not. Her expertise gives me peace of mind to know that she has my protection needs covered. I dont care if 15 minutes will save me 15% or more. If I can reach Cheri on a local number and talk to a person immediately and have someone looking out for me, I would be willing to pay a premium for that.

Over the last few months, there have been some big changes such as adding a new car, name changes, and navigating premium increases due to CA laws which has called for more frequent interaction.
