Rita was so kind and welcoming I immediately knew I had to go there. I love the idea of giving your business to places that go above and beyond for their customers. Rita and Kyle were amazing! 5 /5 Paul Cortes: I called Rita for a quote for homeowners insurance. She wasnt able to offer a policy for my house because homeowners insurance in California is kind of difficult right now. Not many insurance companies are willing to write policies currently. I had already been told "no" by several other insurance agencies. However, she didnt just say "sorry" and hang up. Instead, she spent time and offered advice on the best places to look and some pitfalls to look out for. It was great advice. I now have a policy from a solid company thats $1600/year less that the lowest quote I got before talking to her. Wow! I have a business, and I try to do the same for people that arent a good fit for our services. It takes extra time, but the good will is worth it. So, in appreciation, heres a 5-star review and a genuine thank you for your help. And the next time I shop for insurance, whether it be homeowners or auto insurance, United will be my first call.
