They must have assumed the policy from another agent and now we have this agent who is simply non-respondsive. After decades of coverage Farmers has cancelled our policy, okay, but at least return the call so we can discuss. 0/5 stars

1 /5 sara battle: Insurance agency never returns calls or emails. My policies were transferred to this agent after the prior agent retired. We received a request for photos on renewal or the policy would cancel. Not one did the agent or staff reach out to notify us or check. Because we were never notified the policy cancelled. We have 14 remaining policies with this agent. Will be cancelling them and moving to another company. Super unresponsive agent. My prior agent always notified me if any issue arose.
