I was worried about being transferred from my other agent (I was with them since 1991) to Tonys office, but within weeks I discovered it was a great place to move my account. I feel like they already know me and what I expect from an agent. Tony, himself, even called me on my birthday which totally took me by surprise and was such a sweet gesture.
