She provided me with a wealth of knowledge regarding landlord coverage as I am very inexperienced with it. She searched for quotes for me, and she found me a wonderful deal with Steadily Insurance, all things considered with how coverage currently is in California. I showed the quote to another insurance agent, who was impressed with the quote, recommended I go with it, and did not think I could do any better. Kara provided me with different liability coverage options as well. She followed up with me to ensure my coverage began on the day I needed it to. She was timely, attentive, concise, informative, patient, and a pleasure to work with.
