Nancy Booth I purchased my condo here in Palm Springs over 10 years ago and immediately looked for an insurance company to cover my home and auto. Luckily, I found Tom Gleeson. Hes extremely knowledgeable about all things insurance. He laid out all the options available to me and thoroughly answered all my questions which allowed me to choose the best options for my situation. He stood firmly behind me on two claims and helped me navigate through the process. His staff is always very helpful whenever I call and appointments with Tom are scheduled quickly given his schedule.

Ed Brennan After loosing our home to the Camp Fire we had no where to go but to a friend’s cabin near Jackson, CA. We were lucky to arrive on Jeff Votaw’s doorstop with our insurance policy in hand. We were unsure of our coverage and our agent in Paradise was understandably unavailable. Jeff said “come on in” and sat us down and put our minds at ease. He got on the phone and expedited some funds and set us up with a friend who was moving and giving away furniture. He sent us off to a furniture store that gave fire victims a discount and checked in with us frequently. Jeff tried to connect with our agent and took us on even if we were not his clients. We lived in Jackson for a year and we found him so helpful dealing with our many needs. Now that we are back near Paradise rebuilding our new house we know that we can count on him anything that comes up. He is a good friend!
