1 /5 Jenn Thompson: Raised all the mileages on my vehicles by several thousand, including 2 that are mainly parked/down for most the year. Claimed to have called and texted me for these changes even though Ive always set my communication preferences to email since I can not receive calls at work from 7-7. Still waiting on an adjustment from them charging me 900+ dollars for 3 months. Funny how an underwriter needs 30 days to review something when they owe you money but it happens in 24 hrs when they want the money. Saved 400 dollars a month taking my business elsewhere but I want my refund. I have not received any contact since submitting my documents and photos of odometers of the cars that do run and its been MONTHS.

I reached out to Stephanie, and she was able to get me the coverage I needed at a monthly price point I was comfortable with. She was very professional and educated on all the policies, and she made confident in my decision in my policy. She also went the extra mile to suggest the add-on policy (as the basic motorcycle policy only covers the bike) in case I get hurt in an accident. She was able to give me all the information and have the policy written within 30 minutes so I could submit it to the dealership immediately. Such a great and efficient experience!
