Elliott Nebenzahl Les Adler, Crystal and others have been great with me and my family. We have been customers for many years. We have never had a question asked that was not answered in a totally clear and professional way. I remember quite a while back; when Crystal and others would send me envelopes addressed to their local office. This was because I found it more convenient to mail paid bills to them, rather than some office in Texas. This is just one of the many examples where they went quite a bit out of their way to help us. Also, relatively recently, I added California Earthquake Authority to my regular homeowner’s policy. The female employee there that helped me do that, did it in a very efficient and crystal clear way. I was very thankful for that. I switched my earthquake policy over from GeoVera. In summary, one could not find a better insurance Agency than the one now headed by Crystal Herrera Alvarado.

Eddie cervantes The girls help here, but the rest. No comment. I pay twice as much now for each truck then when I first started buying insurance here. I was told by a rep here not to worry, that he would get them to lower it back down. On the last day, 1day before my insurance expired he pop out with that he couldint get them to lower it. We had no choice but to let him do as he liked with us because we now needed insurance to keep our fleet moving. Our payments when up double, had no choice but to pay that. This caused big, big trouble for my company, We almost when out of business. This rep just had no clue how bad this situation turn into. When we see the guy he still laughs and jokes with us even if he sees that where trying to avoid talking to him, not cool. Im stuck now throwing money away for the next year, or collect a downpayment again for 5 trucks. Not cheap. Im really disappointed.
