Eddie Espino Ive to switched to Central Sierra Insurance Company awhile back and have been extremely pleased with their customer service and coverage options. Their rates were very competitive and they were able to tailor a policy that met my specific needs. I appreciate that their customer service is customer-friendly, and its easy to manage my policy though my phone. Ive been a customer for almost a year now and have never been disappointed. Their rates are affordable and their coverage options are comprehensive. Whenever I have had to interact with their service team, theyve been respectful and helpful. They even proactively reach out to me with helpful tips and suggestions for keeping my car safe and reducing my risk of accidents. Time and time again, when I have contacted her to ask her questions pertaining to my insurance needs, her keen knowledge of the different facets of home, automobile and earthquake insurance has equipped her to accurately address my questions. If it happens that she must first research my question before answering it, she always calls me back in a short, reasonable amount of time.
