1 /5 Everly C: Hello, I need to complain to Auto Genius Insurance, the address is 213 S Garfield Ave, Monterey Park, CA 91754. This happened on May 24, 2024. I bought a Tesla car and found that Tesla sells insurance, and the coverage is higher than the mecury insurance I bought, and the price is lower. The huge price difference forced me to try to buy Tesla insurance. When I went to Auto Genius Insurance to cancel the mecury insurance, they told me that Tesla insurance is very bad and I should not buy it. I said I want to try it. If it is not good, I will come back to buy mecury insurance. He said that when you come back, there will be no such benefit. I said it doesn’t matter. Before leaving, I asked him again to help me cancel the insurance. He said very unhappily that you can go. Then I received a letter from my mecury insurance saying that I canceled the insurance on May 31st. I actually canceled the insurance on May 24th. My insurance is purchased every six months, and the start date is March 24, 2024. I called Auto Genius Insurance When I asked the company why, they said they uploaded the documents proving it for me. Then I called Mecury Insurance and they said they received the proof that I canceled my insurance on May 24th, and that I purchased Tesla insurance at 12:13 am on May 24th. I called Mecury Insurance many times, hoping that they would refund my money, but every time they directly transferred it to Auto Genius Insurance Agency. I told them directly that you have received all the documents proving it, why are you still holding my money, but they still refused to refund the extra seven days. Auto Genius Insurance and Mecury Insurance have teamed up to cause me trouble. I hope to everyone don’t buy the trash insurance company anymore and trash mercury insurance
