S A-M Colby My wife and I walked from the RV park that we were staying at to this office to purchase Mexican insurance. We quickly discovered that pictures were needed for the policy and said we would return the next day. Christian was extremely helpful and offered to drive us to the RV park so he could take the necessary pictures. We are also traveling with my 91 year old father-in-law who also required insurance. Christian took pictures of both our RVs drove myself and my father-in-law back to the office. My FIL just got a new hip so he is walking with a cane, Christian sat with him at the office so he didnt need to stand through the duration. After we were both done he drove us back to the RV Park. I can not say enough great things about this wonderful young man and his customer relation skills. Thanks again to Payless Insurance and Christian!!!

Sidney Cardenas I recently purchased a motorcycle and needed to show proof of insurance prior to purchasing. I reached out to Stephanie, and she was able to get me the coverage I needed at a monthly price point I was comfortable with. She was very professional and educated on all the policies, and she made confident in my decision in my policy. She also went the extra mile to suggest the add-on policy (as the basic motorcycle policy only covers the bike) in case I get hurt in an accident.
