Lois is a gem of a person who is warm, patient, kind, and knowledgeable. My interactions with her were always productive and reassuring. She is helpful and genuinely cares about her clients. Lois is the reason that we will stay with State Farm!

4 /5 Israel Niv: I am a client of Bill Cohen for the last 5 years. I pay my bills timely with automatic payments. I had only one interaction with this office with a minor car incident which they handled great. Last week I tried to get intouch with them and left several messages with no reply. apparently they were unable to reach me over the phone but did not try other communication means (e-mail; text). Yesterday they contacted me to try and fix the miscommunication. looks like an honest oversight. I changed my 1 star rating to 4 star. I will follow up with another comment in few months and hope to improve the rating higher.

5 /5 Evelyn Ting: Lois Giannoni really went the extra mile when giving me a quote. When the software didnt work, she called someone to figure it out. She did not stop trying and followed up with me the next day on the full policy.
