1 /5 Gary Dang: High turnover. Can never actually speak with Tina. I have dealt with Kim, Samuel, and Sylvia, where the former two are no longer employed here. Recently, my experience with Sylvia was far from the expectation. I asked for a quote and she takes down my info, and provides me an email that is a mile long. After the email didnt go thru, I call back and ask her to email me instead. She tells me to direct it to Kerry as she is the one who provides quotes. Well, Sylvia, if you are incapable of providing quotes, why on earth are you working at an insurance agency, and it behooves me as to why you couldnt direct me to Kerry in the first place. This place is a joke, and I recommend you pursue business here if you prefer to have your time wasted and nothing to show for it.

Kerry Huang was a wonderful agent now left and Ahn has has transitioned wonderfully helping me with all my questions/concerns and always responds quickly providing information beyond my expectation. I recently took our insurance policies for our homes for her to review to make sure we have enough coverage in case of wildfire incidents. She reviewed the policy of the houses and explained each item in the policy to make sure we have enough coverage. She patiently answered my questions. She did not push me to increase my coverage for more business. She is very knowledgeable and friendly. Recently I visited their office and talked to Anh to review my policies to make sure my houses are fully covered in case of wildfire incidents. Anh go through the items in my policies and assured me that my houses are fully covered. She answered any questions that I have. Anh is patient, knowledgeable and friendly.
