Every claim I had over the years has been swift and painless. More than that, RC reaches out to me whenever he thinks I can benefit from a program, discount, or added service. At the end of this week, I will be re-locating out of state. RC has set the bar very high...I hope my new State Farm agent is just as good. I may have to call him from time to time just to make sure. 5 /5 That Girl: Ive been with State farm for about 25 years. RC Chavez took over my account when the previous agent retired..... I think about at least 18 years ago. This office has always handled my claims in a very quick manner(they dont waste any time!). Honestly, Id recommend them to anyone who needs reliable insurance. Did I mention they are always super nice even when you have an uber amount of questions, they never rush me off of the phone.. and they always return my phone calls quickly if it ever goes to voicemail.
