Every person Ive come into contact with has gone above and beyond. Ron was eager and willing to help when I was trying to find a difficult policy. He put a lot of time and effort to contact different markets in order to find the type of policy I needed. I interact with Oneyda almost daily now, and there arent enough words to explain how helpful and vital shes been to us. Even though I know I must bug her with all my emails, she is able to deliver in anything that we ask. She was unquestionably knowledgeable, super prompt in her responses, very receptive to my multitude of questions and extremely genuine in doing her best to make sure our needs were met given a few tricky situations that came up.
