1 /5 T Gregory: Ever since I wrote the original review below 5 years ago, things have gone downhill. Costs across all policies have nearly doubled and nobody from the agency has reached out to provide any rhyme or reason. A bill comes in the mail and the client is expected to pay whatever it tells them to pay - no friendly call/email, no reasoning, just pure stereotypical insurance industry at its finest. Increasing costs for doing less; sitting back collecting fees. Great agency - super friendly, very helpful, responsive, and easy to work with. Weve been clients for nearly 10 years and have had only positive experiences :-)

Whether its a quick question or a complicated issue, help is always just a phone call away. The office is prompt with resolving and helping with issues and everyone is so kind and goes out of their way to assist. We highly recommend State Farm and we have 3 generations of satisfied customers in our family. Items such as Long Term Care policies for grandma to Auto/Home and Life insurance.....we have used all the products and will continue to be grateful and loyal customers. Thank you.... 5 /5 Amanda Griffin: Ive been with this group pretty much since I first started driving, my parents were with them before me and still are. Car insurance, homeowners, renters insurance... I do it all through them. Customer service with Sarahs office has always been amazing...kind, attentive, quick responses and understanding of my needs. Recently worked with Nena to switch policies for an upcoming move. She listened to what I needed and had my new policy to me immediately. Ive never had any reason to complain about anyone here.

They are so quick and efficient getting everything set up. I work with Kelly all the time and she is so friendly and helpful. She works so hard to make sure that everything is correct and ensures that I have selected the best coverage for everything I need but not more than I need. I would recommend Sarah Atkinsons team every time!

5 /5 Claudio Garcia: I initially called to set up my umbrella policy with State Farm and Joelle was very helpful with the entire process from answering any type of questions I had, to helping step by step setting up autopay and whatever other needs I had. Joelle McNamara was very well spoken and respectful as well. 10/10 would recommend if you’re looking for people who actually care about helping you!
