5 /5 Michelle Sayada: Clay is thorough and professional. He basically grew up in the industry and has excellent communication and customer service "savoir faire" FOR SURE!!!! I normally would not recommend just any insurance carrier; considering the recent news with regard to insurance leaving California altogether. But, I have to say that there is a level of understanding that this firm maintains. There is MUCH ADO ABOUT SOMETHING going on and that is PRECICELY WHY you should consider Farmers Insurance and the Ken Correa Insurance Agency.... they consider all angles; especially the propertys location, cause and effect, anticipated possibilities, and the reality of the probability is just more likely than not, that nature is very predictable these days and its worth every penny when it comes to sleeping at night without worry. 4 /5 Holly Smith: We stayed with this Farmers Office after the previous owner left, and havent had that much interaction with Ken Correa as yet. However, he and his staff have been quite responsive when we requested they look for ways we could safely lower our home insurance rates. We havent had to make a claim, so cannot comment on that.

I like that he tells you the good and the bad with each option that he presents. If you want someone who will educate you about the "why do I need this add-on?", Ken is the guy to explain it to you.
