Our insurance broker is Vanns, he explained everything so well even a, not so smart 22 year old could understand. Over the years Vanns has seen my husband and I grow get married had kids and been supportive through everything. Norma has also been amazing getting life insurance, explaining everything through each step; which one is the best option and why. Since beginning our policy we lived in Merced now in Modesto and even tho the Modesto office is minutes away from my home I will never use there office after a horrible experience there and how we were treated. I’d rather make the trip an hour away and see Vanns and Norma. When we are in the office they never rush us and never feels like just a transaction it feels like we are catching up with family. They are the only reason why we stay with AAA. Thank you Vanns and Norma for everything you do and how you treat us and your customers. You can really see with the education you provide and time you take with clients you love what you do and it truly shows.

Janice Romero I was assisted by Monica. She was extremely intelligent was excellent and knew everything on the subject of insurance I asked her about. She was also an extremely delightful and cheerful person to work with!!! I will return to this agency hopefully I will meet up with this person again!!! They helped me in a timely efficient manner. L.A. Dave Went in for passport photos. Took a total of 10 minutes in and out and less than $11 including tax. I’ve handled registration issues, auto insurance etc. everything is always professional. I appreciate this service rather than having g to go to the DMV! Lots of parking at the Vista location for handicap and regular customers. All services went well even during the remodeling in July 2025.
