Cassie Ferrick I had the absolute pleasure of getting to work with Jaime in their DMV department to register my out of state car here in CA and he was beyond kind, helpful and informative during every step. He made the entire process so smooth and painless, it was honestly a breeze and relieved so much stress as registering an out of state car in CA can seem so daunting. It’s not every day you can say you had a good time at the DMV. Francky in their memberships department helped set up my AAA membership and he was also so nice and made me feel very confident in the membership option I chose. So easy to get it set up! Overall a wonderful experience here at AAA, they will make it all so easy for you!

Peter Berenato Sandra was truly amazing at helping me drop coverage on a car that was wrecked and add coverage on a new one. She was extremely helpful assisting me with the entire process and so kind when I was asking questions to ease the transition of coverage. Goff Alexandria (Ali Goff) Richard is great! He took over for Mark and has been SO responsive. He takes the time to respond to my questions and really understands our family needs. He was able to shop our policy around and found us a MUCH better deal with the same coverage. Highly recommend calling Richard if you want an agent who will actually return your calls and emails. :)
