Michelle Pham Ray is absolutely amazing! He was extremely responsive and very helpful in securing my home and auto insurance policies. He provided me exactly what I needed and also gave me very specific tips/things to be aware of to make sure the process was as seamless as possible. Home insurance - I needed home insurance for a new build construction. He worked diligently with me and my lenders to make sure I had the right policy. He also helped me avoid duplicating payment on my policy by having it correctly configured in alignment with my mortgage terms. Auto insurance - He had me ready to go in about a day! He provided great advice on what coverage I should consider given my financial/home situation. Overall, he has a great positive attitude and is very transparent/straight forward/honest -- I am very satisfied and happy Ray is my agent and highly recommend you/everyone to work with him on your home & auto insurance plans.

Mms I have been with Kory Robertson, State Farm, for over 10 years. Their customer service is exceptional. It’s nice to know they have a local office and I can talk to them in-person vs waiting on hold for an anonymous representative who may or may not give me accurate information. State Farm itself has also been been great to work with and I have been with them over 20 years for all my insurance needs and even a car loan!
