1 /5 Chivo Ortega: Very friendly staff BUT, I basically feel like I am begging or asking for free service. I gave Yvonne all my information, vin numbers, demographics, all that she needed from me, Terrell also got involved in the process because I recognize my case is not easy and I called before the new year holiday and it has been 2 weeks and still waiting for a call to see if I can possibly get insurance. I followed up with a phone call 1 week after my original contact with them, Terrell returned my call and told me she would call me the next day (Saturday) or Monday at the very latest, send me a link "to submitt all my information again" because she had no recollection of my call. I submitted all she asked from me again and never heard a word from her, still trying to give the company a chance because I honestly like my interaction with them ("the 1 time I thought they cared for my bussines" ) so I called again, Terrell answered my call and she asked if she can call me back because she was on the phone with another client, it has 5 days and still waiting for a call back. My time is valuable and I will no longer be seeking any services from this company, I am taking my business elsewhere. I guess I was not as lucky as this other clients that gave a 5 star rating.
