1 /5 Samantha Adam: Matt has to be the worst insurance agent I have ever worked with. Today I found out a policy I cancelled last year through Matt is still active. If you have an accident Matt will have you download an app and take pictures yourself. He’s too busy to actually pick up your call. He constantly underwrites policies so that you have to pay more, when you confront him he will tell the money will be reimbursed in December. He’s the AC of insurance agents.

Ive unfortunately had to call Hahn insurance a few times for help with roadside assistance and it was awesome to be able to talk directly with Matt immediately when I called. Comforting to know that I have Matt keeping all my valuables safe and insured. Great customer service and fair rates. Worth every penny keeping my stuff insured with Hahn Insurance.

1 /5 Nichole Bryant: Matt is very difficult to get in contact with. I had a time sensitive situation and was unable to reach him. I eventually had to find a different agent who was very helpful.
