I recently made the decision to leave AAA after being a loyal customer for 10 years. The primary reason for this decision was their constant price increases without clear explanations. Despite numerous calls to customer service, I could never get a satisfactory answer regarding why my premiums were going up or what specific factors were influencing the price hikes. State Farm offers exceptional customer service and better rates. Bruce helped us find the best coverage and made the entire process seamless. I really appreciated his responsiveness and willingness to answer all of my questions. I highly recommend Bruce! Overall, I’m impressed with the coverage and peace of mind State Farm provides.
