The staff is very friendly and courteous and always makes it a habit to remind me about my auto insurance policy if its close to expiration. I highly recommend them. I had no idea how little I understood! She didnt push me or oversell me. She was just incredibly helpful in showing me exactly how much insurance I needed, and backed off easily when I refused certain coverages. Again, she called me, unsolicited. This was within a few months of taking over my policy from a retired agent, who had literally never initiated contact. Im very relieved to have Brittany on my side!
