5 /5 Maria Diaz: JC Insurance is a great place. I noticed good customer service on their services they offer. We were there for an appointment with the Consulado Mexicano Sobre Ruedas. Luckily my husband got an appointment and took out his Mexican passport. Customer service was good, lots of people with appointment, personnel was patient and fast enough.

5 /5 Palm Canyon: Great place to pay bills. No or little waiting. Very efficient. I have not used them for their tax or insurance services. Lots of parking, too!

1 /5 Rebecca Pescador: Worst place to get your taxes done, they didn’t even input everything right. They don’t even notify you that something went wrong or if need additional information from us. Whenever you call to ask they are rude.

They answered all of my questions and helped me do my taxes and explained to me the process step by step. I also got my car insurance from here, very trustworthy business. Customer service is absolutely professional. I was greeted with kindness by the friendly workers. The office is clean and organized. The Tax Broker has a pretty cool Star Wars theme office and they also sell xbox live membership cards here! Awesome! Y si hablan Español!
