Moreover, he has been monitoring my accounts, and helps me with all problems if I have any with my insurance. He takes a great care if his clients, has a great level of tolerance and has been a great professional.

Vaughn Smith Called the office in a bit of a panic hoping to get help with adding my car to a plan to retain coverage. Jeffrey Glover went above and beyond and was able to help me get it added and registered way faster than I expected, especially given that its Friday and a holiday. Excellent service and excellent staff: will definitely ask for Jeff whenever I need to update my car info!

Matt Martin I was with a different Farmers agent/agency/business when Jesse acquired them. He called me personally when I was about to be late for a payment to my California Fair Plan, which I get administered through Famers somehow. My regular Farmers insurance is all on auto payment, but not CFP because theyre part of the government and therefore strive to be as difficult as possible. CFP would have dropped me from my plan if I didnt make the payment that day. Jesse saved me and got my payment over the phone. Im pretty sure CFP never sent me a bill... they did send me several notices that said "this is not a bill". I was looking out for the bill because I knew it was due soon and wasnt sure how to pay. CFP probably screwed this up, but luckily Jesse had my back. Highly recommended. Very personable guy.

Ziad Bayasi I have been with many insurance companies. This is the best by far. Mary tries her best to get me the best deal and to send me all required documents. I am late in sending stuff to her often. She calls and remind me that I need to do it. I have not met a better insurance agent and a better person in my life. Her husband too works with her. I have been very impressed with All Access Insurance Services and their ability to be competitive and provide personalized service. You can come in person or conduct your business on the phone. I was able to put a face with the name. I appreciated not being referred to as a number, which was how I was always identified at other large corporate insurance companies. Brian offered knowledgeable tips due to years of being in the business. I look forward to continuing my business for auto and I am currently looking at other products they offer such as life insurance.

Diana Lizbet I strongly recommend Allstate insurance company. Last year when my former insurance company increased my insurance I called Allstate and they put my worries at ease. I was able to get my homeowners insurance through Allstate and the coverage needed. This year, similar issue happened with my insurance of my second home. Miss Ramirez the agent at the Watsonville Allstate office promptly answered my questions, assisted me in getting my insurance and gave me the best rate out there.
