Doug Dunmire Alissa and Monica are amazing friendly, more than helpful immediate responses and knowledgeable. I’m sure the others in the office are great too but my experiences have been mainly with these two. I have boat, home and auto insurance through Connally and would highly recommend them

The most recent one was trying to find an affordable option for some eye drops that were needed. He sent me a coupon and it saved us over $200! No kidding….$200!! Russ is the best medical insurance agent anywhere! He is very knowledgeable and is very easy to get along with. Also….NO charge! Really.

Sagrario Garcia I want to recommend this office because after more than a month Victor was able to help me. I got the coverage with someone else and I need it at endorsement for the lien holder. I called the other agent and sent the info by text and nothing. I called several times and spoke with other agents and the same. I had to payed the bank an extra $ 200 per month for the proof of insurance while I have it all ready. I was lucky Victor helped me out and also wave the endorsement fee. Definitely good service. Thank you

I can connect via phone or email with Zackary Kossak whenever I need assistance. He is a supportive, kind, and always willing to help. Recently with my father’s passing, Zack helped me with all of my parents’ accounts to make sure my mom’s insurance needs were met. Losing a parent and taking over a household is extremely difficult and he was there to support me through it. We highly recommend this office.

In business, where half your day is spent following up with people that never got back to with the information you need, Ryan has never let us down or required us to follow up with him. If I reach out and say I need some information, he responds and responds quickly. If he says, Ill get you that information within a couple of days, sure enough he does. 100% of the time! The Driscoll customer service model and work ethic should be disseminated and shared with every other business in the US!
