Jim Krause is a TOP NOTCH agent - very knowledgable, easy to talk to, and trustworthy. He’s helped me through several tricky situations, always taking the time to walk me through the process and answer questions. I highly recommend Jim Krause and his lovely staff. They make the entire insurance experience better!

5 /5 George T: For nearly two years now, weve used Jim Krause State Farm exclusively for all the homeowners associations (HOAs) and most individual homeowner insurance policies at San Gabriel Valley Habitat for Humanitys housing projects. We selected State Farm after comparing a number of insurance companies. Our agent, Asli Anderson, has been fantastic. She reviewed our existing policies (from other insurers) and recommended coverage changes as needed, found opportunities for discounts that the others didnt provide, and is always very responsive. Changing to State Farm has resulted in improved coverage and savings for all our HOAs. I also obtained a personal policy from Asli for my home, again at a considerable savings to other quotes I received. Her professionalism and customer service is second to none!

4 /5 Darren Hoffman: Jim and his staff are very courteous and prompt to get back to you. Ive been a home policy owner with Jim Krause State Farm for over 20 years. Never had a problem. One claim in 20 years. Handled and paid promptly. On a completely separate note NOT directly concerning Jim Krause, I recently had and issue with State Farms national auto insurance claim department. My car was hit & totaled by a State Farm client. State Farm low-balled my cars value, mailed me a check even after requesting direct deposit, plus they took back my car rental BEFORE they paid me. Incident occurred 10/19/2020. As of 11/20/2020: I have no car & no payment to purchase a replacement! With such poor service I wont be adding auto ins through State Farm. Which indirectly effects all State Farm agents. Their claims dept. poor service has given me great pause to add any additional coverage like life or auto. If their national claim service cant handle a $3,500 auto claim with a current long term State Farm customer, how worried should be about my $600,000 house?

1 /5 Matthew Steck: This is by far the worst agency i have ever dealt with.. i have had issue after issue. The agents here will instead tell you they cant do anything to help you with certain things without making any effort. I had an adcident fall off of my record. They said it was still showing and "would not" make an effort to see if anything can be done. As well as tried to tell me thay my accident was going to stay in for a total of 5 years.. thats only true in the case of someone driving without a license or someone who had a DUI.. i have had neither of these happen EVER!!! When i got my new car the guy told me a new 6 month policy was going to start.. the policy did not start off fresh and instead i had to pay roughly $1000 dollars one month because of his incompetence. They are not even capable of doing something as simple as asking then to remove autopay because the one time i asked them to do it it didnt removed and i got charged for a car i didnt anymore. They also dont return calls so you have to keep calling until someone answers..If you value yourself and your vehicle then go somewhere else!! None of this is exaggerated.. They are absolutely without a shout of a doubt the worst agency around. I would give negative stars if it were possible. Dont let them trick you either.. at first they act all nice and will say everything you want to hear. Once they get that account all of that goes bye bye. Once they get that sale you are no longer important to them.
