Tim We have an earthquake insurance with Arrowhead and have had good experiences with the company reps. When we did a retrofit they first wouldnt allow for a discount because we couldnt prove according to their clauses that the whole house was retrofitted. But when I showed the city permit they approved it anyway. So finally a company who can read between the lines of their own policy.
