2 /5 Alana: I tried to pay my car insurance bill on the day it was due, to Bristol West, who Julio’s hooked me up with originally, and it wouldn’t go through online. I also couldn’t get a hold of anybody on the phone.
I tried to call again the next day and once again couldn’t get a hold of anybody on the phone.
Called Julio’s, the insurance agent, and Erika was pretty rude overall, basically said there was nothing she could do.
If they are representing these companies that aren’t doing their job, you should at least try to do something in my opinion….
Left a voicemail with the person who I originally got my insurance quote with, so I’m gonna wait to hear back..
