However, they stopped insuring multi family units this year so I had to search for another insurance coverage and expected to pay double the old policy. Noyce Insurance Agency was one of two that friends had recommended. Pam Noyce was able to find 3 different policies for me and one was actually less than the old one. I decided to get the one from Delos Company for just a few hundred dollars more but with better coverage than the old one. They were also able to close on the policy the day before the State Farm expired. Yeah!
