2 /5 Majid Sadat: I’ve been a State Farm customer for a very long time and I started my auto insurance with this office at $184 per month. Initially, I was happy with the service and pricing. However, in just the past year, my premiums have been raised three times, skyrocketing all the way to $511 per month!
I’ve had no accidents, no claims, and my driving record is spotless, so these hikes feel completely unjustified. Every time I call to inquire about the increases, I’m met with vague explanations about “market adjustments” and “industry trends,” but no real justification that makes sense for such a drastic jump.
What’s even more frustrating is that customer loyalty doesn’t seem to matter. Despite being a long-time customer, there’s no effort to help me reduce my premiums or offer any loyalty benefits.
State Farm may have a good reputation, but my experience has been nothing but disappointing. If you’re considering them for auto insurance, be prepared for your rates to climb unexpectedly, even if you’re a responsible driver. I’ll be shopping for a more reliable and transparent insurance provider immediately.
