Rudy Hernandez I’ve sat in a couple Health Insurance offices trying to find health insurance that fits within my budget. But most importantly for me is the transparency and education to what I’m getting myself into. I have not had a single provider go into the amount of detail that Sam Olson went into, and I felt completely understood the entire process. He was completely transparent with what I was buying and recommended different options. There was no script or pushy sales tactic he knew what to recommend and I encouraged me to look at different options. While I had procrastinated and missed several deadlines, Sam was still extremely flexible and I appreciated his repeated efforts to find me the right plan. I could not thank him and his team enough. He is very client focused and has always tailored the insurance to our needs! 15 years ago when we purchased our home he advised me to get a certain type of insurance coverage I never considered getting. I am very grateful that he advised me to get it because the insurance came to be very valuable to us when we had issues with the property. It would have cost us a significant amount of money out of pocket but the insurance covered the payments. He has also insured all our cars which has great coverage and a good price!
