1 /5 T81shop: Too many mistakes. Email responses were not expedient, sometimes no response at all. Misquoted on commercial equipment, made the purchase, then found out I was misquoted and my rate was doubled (from about $2k per month to $4k per month). I would not have made that purchase knowing I would be paying that much. I am now stuck with that piece of equipment. I also purchased a brokers bond(for transportation) that they applied to the wrong DOT number. I have switched providers, but WISGs mistakes are still costing me thousands per month! I do not recommend WISG!

Jeff was very professional, knowledgeable, and was always filling me in when he had questions for me to find the best policy. I was originally working with Omega Pacific Insurance Solutions and was extremely frustrated with their company. They dropped the ball.
