After moving from a small town, I felt overwhelmed by all the insurance options out there. I spent hours online searching for something that wouldn’t drain my wallet but still offered solid coverage. I stumbled upon this company after seeing their positive reviews online, and Im so glad I did! From the moment I called, I was met with friendly and knowledgeable staff. The agent I spoke with took the time to understand my specific needs. I told him about my daily drives to work in the busy Salinas Valley and my concerns about potential accidents on the highway. He assured me they had a great policy that would keep me protected without breaking the bank. When I had to file my first claim after a minor accident on N Main St, I was a bit anxious about the whole process. But the claims department was fantastic! They walked me through everything step by step, and I felt supported the whole time. To my surprise, my claim was processed quickly, and they followed up with me afterward to ensure I was satisfied with the resolution. What really stood out was their commitment to customer service. They even called me every six months to review my policy and check if there were any ways to save money. I never experienced that kind of attention with my previous insurer! Dominic Ford Maria is the BEST agent I could have stumbled across. She always makes time for my appointments and when we do meet she explains everything clearly and in a way that helps me understand all of my coverage options. Her staff are also extremely friendly and seem to greatly enjoy working in the office. If you need anything insurance related then this is the place to come!

chandalier brown-burke I lived at apt 1407 1/2 Whitley ave. in Corcoran Ca, for 11 months. Don Huskett was the owner of the apt. I didnt have any problems what so ever with the rental. it was nicely cleaned before I moved in, Don was willing to work with me when i had a change of jobs; he worked with me if i was to have finance problems. Even when it came time for me to move out he had a busy schedule, and i was moving to Washington. It takes a really good person to think of others. As in putting money in my pocket for another deposit for a new place. So his mother and sister took a look a day before I left out of state. They paid me half then when he took a look himself he paid my mom the other half. This was my first rental and if I ever moved anywhere he managed I would defiantly rent from him again! Id heard about Telling Insurance so I contacted them and spoke to Kathleen, who was immensely helpful, even amidst the business of preparing for the Affordable Care Act, which brought an onslaught of applicants like me. Kathleen filled out and sent me several spreadsheets that made it easy to compare plans; she was available and happy to answer my questions, and even checked in with me several times after Id selected the plan I wanted, just to make sure Id gotten the ID cards and paperwork from the insurance agency. She even checked on the status of my application with Blue Shield, on my behalf. That sort of initiative and service is rare, and bears commendation. Thanks so much!
