5 /5 Christy St. Arno: I got insurance for a good price for my old motorhome and also my daily vehicle. My agent was pleasant and explained what my policy covered, also answering any questions I had... It was also very simple and easy to finish the paperwork, as they sent me a link to whatever needed to be signed and I was able to sign it all with an app on my phone! Ive had this insurance for about a year, maybe a little more, but having just added my daily driver that I just got, I wanted to leave a review to let others know about my positive experience with them!

1 /5 Kellye Lomeli: Do not purchase insurance through these people. If they owe you a credit they will find any excuse not to pay it to you. They will find any random fee to charge any time you call them. They charge a few for letting you pay online, they will charge you a few for paying in person too. So, any way you pay, you will always pay extra. They tell you when you sign up that you are month to month because they are trying to move out of California but when you call to cancel they will say youre on a 6 month term and you will have to pay out the entire 6 months. Which coincidentally is twice as much as they told us it would be to actually pay a 6 month premium. They will also charge you to leave them. They are rude, lazy and greedy. We have now gone elsewhere and I cant be more thrilled with my new coverage with USAA. My homeowners and 2 vehicles plus my movie memorabilia collection is all covered for less than I paid these people for just the two vehicles.
